A pendant?

Ash Ketchum, a Pokemon trainer widely known by many across the world of Pokemon, was on his way back home from his latest adventure. He walked into Pallet Town and took in the air with a deep breath.

"Ah. Good to be home, right Pikachu?"

"Pika!"

Ash and his little companion began the trek back to Ash's family home, when suddenly Pikachu tugged Ash's hair.

"Pika! Pika!" it called in excitement, pointing to the ground. Ash walked over to the location, and there he saw a small, bronze colored ring with a string tied to it laying on the ground.

Ash knelt down and picked it up, looking it over.

"Hm... what is this?"

Suddenly a vision flashed before his eyes. His old traveling companion and good friend Misty, sitting in front of a Hypno, seeming to think she was a Seel.

"This... this is a Hypno's pendant. Poor little guy must've lost it. Maybe I should try to find him... or keep it for myself."

Pikachu jumped off of Ash's back and crossed it's arms, glaring at him. Ash jokingly swung the pendant before Pikachu's eyes.

"Youuu will let me keeep the pennnndaaaannnnt!" he said, mockingly. Pikachu's face went blank.

"Pi...ka..." it replied. Ash pulled the pendant away.

"Pikachu? Hey! Pikachu!" he called. Pikachu just stood there, in a daze.

"Woah! This thing is powerful! I wonder... what if I used this on some people.. some nice looking girls maybe." he snickered, planning his next move.

Who does he go for?
