Skellige has provided us a Fleet, my Kingdom provides Grain and Calvary, Temeria provides our Archers and Infantry, while Kaedwen monitors our Intelligence Assets. You have my word of Honor that As long as each Kingdom Respects the other kingdoms Borders and The Kings of tnose Kingdoms Swear Allegiance to the High King of the Empire and obey his edicts. But look The Kings bring Disputes with each other before the High King and he settles them, at least that way There's a less likely chance of Bloodshed over petty matters.''
