What happens next?

A nurse comes in

The door to her room opened. A nurse in an old-fashioned white uniform -- the type real-life nurses rarely seem to wear anymore -- came in.

"Ah, Ms. Summers," she said. "I see you're awake. Time for breakfast. Do you mind if I feed you again? The doctor really does not want me freeing your hands again. Not after what happened last time."

"What happened?" said Buffy. "Where am I?"

"Why, you're in the psych ward at Sinnombre State Mental Hospital," said the nurse. "You were committed here at your mother's request after that incident involving -- oh, but I'm not supposed to talk about that right now. Right now I have to give you your breakfast."

"But why am I here?" said Buffy. "I am not crazy."

"No one said that you were," said the nurse. "You're just here for a rest. Now open wide."

"I can feed myself if you just untie me," said Buffy. "And why do I need a 'rest' as you put it?"

"The doctor will answer all your questions when he comes in," said the nurse. "Now be a good girl and open wide."

Buffy reluctantly opened her mouth and swallowed the first spoonful of broth that the nurse gave her. It tasted a bit... bitter.

"Wait," she said. "Are there pills mixed up in this?"

She found herself getting dizzy and then she passed out.
