A new weapon and a new power.

Asher stared at his surroundings. All of the ninjas were dead. Their body parts were strewn across the path. Blood was smeared across the surrounding trees. It was also dripping from his fangs and claws. His rage continued even though they were all dead. He ripped trees from the ground and smashed craters into the ground. Finally he was snapped out of it when he heard a weak voice. Looking towards it, he saw Minasa struggling to sit up. Running over, Asher took Minasa's hand in his.

"Asher," he said, "Is that you? What's wrong with your hand?"

"It's a long story," he says in his normal voice, "Just hold in there and I'll tell ya about it."

"You'd better," he joked, "but just in case I don't, I want you to have something," he picked up his sword and placed it in Asher's hand, "The metal of this sword is special. It can absorb the chakra of the wielder. The stronger the chakra, the stronger the blade. My dad gave it to me. He found it while on a mission. I could never keep my chakra inside it, but it could always retain your power for longer. I believe that it was meant for you."

Asher gripped the sword and felt as it leeched his power. The air around the blade began to ripple and it's share began to change.

After the transformation, there was a completely new sword in his hand. It was a four foot long katana. It had a black hilt that was about a foot in length. Asher felt something from the sword. It was a presence. He couldn't tell what it was, but what he could tell was that it was powerful. He lowered the sword to the ground and looked at Minasa, he saw him smiling.

"T-told you i-t was made f-for you," he said and closed his eyes. Asher put his hand down and looked over at Aria. She was awake and staring at him. Her stare disturbed him. It was something he had never seen in her eyes before. Fear and he knew it wasn't because she was afraid to die. It was because Aria was terrified of what Asher had become. Seeing this, he began to revert back to his human form. When he was back to normal he fainted. The transformation uses his own energy and he can never stay awake when it ends.
