A mysterious figure

You saw a blurry figure. They were tall with brown hair was all that you could make out.

”Excuse me I need some help, I live in complex and I lost my keys and there's no one else around”.

You didn't recognize the voice but then again you weren’t familiar with most of your people loved in the complex yet.
