A mishap

With her heart pounding in her ears, Ruby pushed her way past the trees that blocked her hiding place from the wider open area of Beacon Academy. Her eyes were closed tight, her hands clenched into fists to keep them from shaking too bad. After some light rustling of the leaves and branches, Ruby stepped out onto the sidewalk, bracing herself for people to start pointing and laughing at her...

And, sure enough, within seconds, people were starting to look in Ruby's direction.

"Holy shit!" Someone called out, pointing to her. "Streaker!"

Ruby felt her cheeks glow a bright red, immediately crossing her arms over her chest to give herself some sense of protection. However, it could only do so much.

With so many people pointing and staring at her nudity, Ruby was frozen in place. She knew, in the back of her mind, this was a possibility, yes. But she never thought it would actually...

Once she recovered her senses, Ruby rushed back into the bushes, grabbing her bag from where it was hidden. With people rushing over to her, she knew she wouldn't have time to actually get dressed out here. So, out of desperation, Ruby activated her semblance and sped away from her hiding spot, leaving behind a trail of rose petals and a very disappointed audience...

Ruby did manage to get back to her dorm and get dressed. However, by then the damage was already done. People had gotten pictures of her standing in public completely nude. And she knew she would never be able to live this down...
