A meeting

The sudden change in lighting blinded Dana, and when her eyes adjusted, she saw what appeared to be at least ten people sitting around a large table, all looking at her.

The overload of embarrassment almost made her shell shocked, leaving her unable to make any motion to cover up or change her posture. She just stood there, hands on her sides and legs slightly apart, blankly staring at the people in front of her. To make matters worse, the cold of the air conditioning was making her nipples hard. Her oiled up skin glistened in the sharp florescent light.

"Fellow members of the security committee, I'm sorry to have called you at this hour.", said Gabriel. Dana noticed he was sitting at the head of the table. "But this is an important matter. I would like to know how a Class 4 divine being was undetected all this time, right under our noses."

There was an uncomfortable silence in the room. Gabriel continued, "What's more, I found her mere seconds away from being taken under the thrall of the Prince of Darkness himself."

The name sent an invisible chill through the room. It was followed by a longer, even more uncomfortable silence. Everyone wanted to look anywhere else except at Gabriel - and for most of them, that meant looking at Dana. She became distinctly aware of eyes inspecting every corner of her body. She shivered and finally managed to bring one of her arms up to cover her breasts, while the second cupped her nether regions.

"How did Acropolis allow this to happen?", Gabriel demanded. Dana sensed wrath behind his words. It was clear that he was the most important person in the room, and he looked positively glowing in his state. He wasn't shouting or being aggressive - just his aura of authority was enough to intimidate everyone around him. Her fingers felt moisture starting to drip, and she prayed her state wasn't too apparent to everyone in the room.

One of the men stammered "We'll launch an investigation into this". Gabriel looked at him, and Dana saw the man almost cower in his seat. "I expect the report in three days.", replied Gabriel, standing up. Everyone took this as a sign that the meeting was over, and started to file out of the room via the door behind her.

"Amanda, I trust you will brief Dana and welcome her to the company?", said Gabriel as they moved to exit the room. Gabriel didn't acknowledge Dana at all as they left the room, and she was a little upset at that. Before she could dwell too much on the feeling, the woman Gabriel was talking to walked up to her.
