What is the bounty for?
A mandragora, a giant and deadly plant thats been poisoning the woods.
A stupid plant is the biggest bounty? 5,000 gold for just dealing with something that can’t even move? Sounds easy. Marie grabs the bounty and turns to leave the tavern.
Marie may be overconfident, but she isn’t stupid. She realizes she will need some potions and maybe new gear to help with this. She heads to a potion seller and buys some antidotes for if she gets poisoned. She then heads to the armorer, to find some new gear. Her mage robes work fine, but against poison or other dangerous effects, she wouldn’t be so lucky. She slides the money over, and the blacksmith nods. He hands her a set of his most poison resistant gear. Marie looks, and frowns…
