A magic pocket watch

It looks like a normal pocket watch, but the description says that if you twist the knob on top to the left and hold it for three seconds, it appears time has stopped, but you can move freely. The watch glows blue. In reality, you are moving so fast, it just appears time has slowed to a stop, but time is moving, but very, very slowly.
