Ochaco stared at her naked legs as she processed this. He could just change anyone in any way she wanted! She supposed that made sense, but mind control - while very hot as a fetish - crossed a major moral boundary. If she was going to actually consider having sex with someone, she wanted them to be willing! Otherwise it would feel like...well, the r-word.

"I, um, I don't know how to feel about that," she confessed. "I don't want to just make people my slaves. I'm training to be a hero. If I had a harem of brainwashed bimbos I'd be worse than any villain."

"Just because you can doesn't mean you have to, Mistress," Izuku reassured her. "Sure, it doesn't bother me too much because I know that if you wish someone to love it that love will be genuine in their minds, but I understand that that's not quite the same thing from your perspective.

"Think of it another way, Mistress - say you find a girlfriend you want to commit to. Or you just want me. Or you decide to form a harem. Making love in public can be quite thrilling." Ochaco blushed as he said it, but was interested in where he was going with it. "If you wanted to, you could make it so you can do it in public with no one minding or noticing. You get all the thrill of doing something risky and socially taboo without the consequences."

"That does sound pretty hot. But what about the mind control thing? What if I see someone I want that doesn't want me? What's stopping me from just taking over their free will?" she asked.

"Technically nothing, Mistress. But you could change that." Izuku held up his fingers. "You could wish to only be attracted to people who would willingly get in a relationship with you. I think you'll find that there will be more people willing to partake in such an arrangement than you'd think."
