A little exploration (Kotor 2 spoilers)

Lana: I'll land the ship just outside the ruins. I would like to take a look inside!

Ranvi: I don't think that's wise, but I'll go with you nonetheless. Somebody has to protect your pretty face if Hondo turns up with his fiends!

Lana: If he does, that will be his last move!

As you walk closer to the ruins you see nothing but rubble. Some bigger rocks block the entrance to the lower levels. There is a sign though, warning everybody from entering, as most who do, never come back. There is also a warning not to go inside for salvage anything, as the place is already empty.

Ranvi: Great, I told you it was a bad idea!

Lana: Relax, such signs are all over the galaxy! How many times did you not step on the grass when a sign told you not to?

Ranvi: I never step on the grass if it is prohibited!

Lana: Really...?

Ranvi: Even the grass have its own mind and life, I don't want to trample it!

Lana: Girl, I realized I had a very bad example of useless signs... Whatever, let's go inside!

You lift the rocks with the **** and clear the path to enter. As it is going to be dark inside, you ignite your lightsabers to make some light. You head down first, Ranvi closely behind you. There are numerous rooms there, though most of them are empty, if you don't count the fallen stones and rubble from the ceiling and walls. A few rooms have already collapsed altogether. There is no sign of life here, though you find a few long decayed remains of both humans and some sort of beasts. They must have fallen while fighting each other.

As you pass through the corridors, there is a bigger room at the middle of the once great building. You feel a cold breeze as you look at its direction. Something is wrong with that room, as if it was calling out for you.

Lana: Ranvi, I...

Ranvi: I sense it too... That room wants us to enter... Could it be...? A ghost...?!

Lana: Don't be ridiculous, ghosts don't exist!

Ranvi: I think we have come far enough, let's go back to the ship!

Lana: Now?! It is finally getting interesting don here, let's check it out!

Ranvi: This is a very bad idea, I am telling you...!

Lana: If you are so scared go back, I am staying!

Ranvi: Go back...? I won't go anywhere alone in a place like this!

Lana: You are really afraid, aren't you? The mighty Ranvi is afraid of some ghosts?

Ranvi: No, it's just...! I don't like dark, old, unwelcoming places like this...!

You use the **** to push a rock in the distance. Ranvi is terrified by the sound and starts shaking.

Ranvi (turning towards the sound): Did you hear that...?! What was that...?! Is somebody there...?!

Lana (now behind Ranvi): BOO!

Ranvi (so frightened she drops her lightsaber): AAH! LANA! What was that for?!

Lana (laughing): You should have seen your face! I can't believe you have really fallen for it!

Ranvi: Stop this at once! This isn't funny at all! We could be in danger or worse...! There was that sign too...! You aren't taking this whole thing seriously!

Lana: "You aren't taking this whole thing seriously!"... Calm down Ranvi, there is just the two of us! The place has been abandoned thousands of years ago! Nobody has been here since!

Ranvi (shaking): Maybe they will just come back to life now...! We have seen their bones on the way and...! There is that Nightsister spell to...!

Lana: Ranvi, stop this right now! You are the only Nightsister here, if you don't raise the dead, nobody will! Besides, can you even do that?

Ranvi: No, not yet at least, that spell is almost impossible to control. Only the most learned ones of the clan are allowed to learn it to pass down to the next generation.

Lana: So, what are you afraid of? Let's go into that room and go back to the ship afterwards!

Ranvi: Alright, but after that room, we are going back, deal...?

Lana: Deal!

You go into the room. It is big and there isn't even any rubble in there. The whole place is as if somebody has just left it yesterday. There are tables with chairs, some books on the shelves, everything seems to be in order. You take a look around and find a holocron on one of the tables. It is used to store knowledge, information or whatever the user intended to. There is also a book next to it, the cover is written in some sort of ancient language you do not understand.

Lana (picking up the holocron): Well, would you look at that...? The catch of the day!

Ranvi: How did this thing remain here while everything else have been cleared from the place...? And everything else too... Lana, I don't like this, put that thing down and leave this place, now! This room just isn't right!

Lana: What could possibly go wrong with this thing? It only stores data, nothing to be afraid of! And there is a book too, care to read it?

Ranvi: Lana, this too much Lana, leave everything as they are and get out of here! This room give me the creeps!

Lana (thinking): Damn, I want to know what's in that holocron and book... But Ranvi might be right, this place is a bit odd... What should I do now...?
