A likeminded soul

While the two blondes were incredibly strong and sexy, Matt could only look at the picture of the raven-haired beauty with the cat ears on her cowl. He needed to have her, that cheeky grin and the classic beauty she displayed were way too enticing to let her get away. She might well be what came closest to his female counterpart. He kind of hoped that she would see his vision of a super harem and join his side. In his mind she would make the ideal harem mistress, his alpha ****. But all of this were just dreams of the future. For now, he had to capture her first.

Since her trail of robberies was leading up the east coast, Matt deduced that she was heading right here to Boston for the opening of the new arts museum downtown. There would be a famous painting by Claude Monet on display, one of his garden works showing lilies. It should pose a prime target for the master thief.

Preparing his departure, he loaded his van for the last time in a while. He had already found a new used vehicle he wanted to buy later that week in order to change them between captures. First was one of his trusty duffle bags that had helped him many times so far. In addition to that he loaded his new practically unbreakable spider silk ropes – curtesy of spider Gwen – as well as an assortment of gags and non-lethal weaponry he could use to subdue the cat-burglar.

He made sure his two newer slaves were all tied and locked in as securely as possible in their cells. Wonder Woman was left to freely roam the basement as he wasn’t sure how long his ‘business trip’ would take and he needed his slaves fed and watered. She was also his best security measure in the case of further intruders or escape attempts.

With everything set up, he made his way to the big city to prepare his capture.

He arrived in Boston 3 days before the art museums grand opening gala. Since he didn’t know when Catwoman would strike he was also prepared to attend the gala if he needed to. For now however, his preparations must have looked very similar to hers.

In order to catch the thief as effectively as possible, he needed to guess her plan trap her at the right spot to subdue her and stash her away. So, he entered the building while it was still in preparation and under low security. He posed as an electrician as they were needed basically everywhere. Inside, he saw builders and cleaning personal, no one seemed to mind his presence which was exactly what he needed.

By the end of the day, he had a pretty good overview over the building and the layout of the later displays. He also learned that most painting including the Monet would only arrive on the day of the grand opening. That made it most likely that his **** of choice would also appear then, giving him another two days to assume her plans and counter them.

The most time of those days he spent drawing up plans to steal the valuable painting during the gala. All of those plans let two a few components Catwoman had to include to get her prize.

First off, striking during the gala would **** her to disactivate the lights in the display room and use the night vision goggles implemented in her cowl. Therefore, she would have to enter the main electronic appliance room right before making her move. Catching her there would be easy and discrete but had a downside. He wanted people to think she succeeded and was laying low while she underwent his training in order to stop her friends from searching for her. Also, Catwoman on the run was a great diversion from the disappeared superheroines in his basement. That’s why he discarded this first option.

Next, he could catch her on the way to the roof from where she was likely to make her escape. It was the logical choice since the display was on the upper most floor of the building and the way down would be full of guests and security. She would climb the stairs upwards while everyone was expecting her downstairs. Matt could just await her on the roof when she would still expect to be pursued. She would fall quickly to his martial art skills and ropes. However, then he would have to get her off the roof himself.

Option 3 was to let her do all the work for him. From the roof she would probably use a rope slide or something similar to get swiftly down to the street. Her most likely target would be the small alleyway across the street. Matt quickly decided that he would be waiting there for her. This would also help him as he could get her to his van quickly.

He spent the remaining time checking getaway routes out of the city as well as his hiding spot in the rarely used alleyway, even calling the cops anonymously to scare away the homeless guy that frequently slept there. Matt felt bad for him, but he didn’t need any witnesses to be present.

At the day of the big gala, he brought his van around to the alley roughly two hours before the allotted time and smirked at what he found there.
