A lightning spell

Remembering my studies of magic, I intone the words and make the gestures for the lightning bolt spell I have learned. A bolt of electricity arcs from the tip of my staff, and hits the slime. It quivers and shakes and is stunned. It moves a little bit more so I cast the spell again, and it jerks limply. I quickly run towards it, and pull out a small dagger I keep on my belt. Looking at it carefully I see what looks like the organ that holds the aphrodisiac fluid. I cut into it carefully, slicing into the membrane that forms the outer surface of the slime, and manage to pierce the organ, and take a flask and collect the fluid. The very smell of it is arousing, and I am very careful not to get any on my skin, as I was warned that it will make me crazy horny for days if I do.

I feel a little drained from the expenditure of mana that these two lightning spells I needed to cast had cost me, but I don't mind it too much as my mana will restore with time if I rest. Still, I need to be mindful of my limitations and regulate my mana consumption accordingly.

Since the night is still young, and I feel I still have plenty of mana to use, I keep hunting. I still don't want to be caught outside at dawn, as though it will not make me dissolve into dust the way a vampire would, it will still weaken me substantially, and if I run into enemies I will be in serious trouble, so I need to take care.

I hear the sound of flowing water and come out into a clearing where there is a small pond being fed by a little stream. In it, I see a slender female figure, completely naked, but slightly transparent in the pale moonlight. It seems to be some sort of slime that has the ability to make itself into a humanoid form. It turns in my direction but does not seem to have sensed me. I see that unlike the smaller slimes it has what seem to be eyes, which appear to be made out of some sort of crystal. Her body is slender and shapely, with large, full breasts and wide hips. She sways sensuously as she steps out of the water. I can smell an aphrodisiac scent of some sort coming from her as she walks sinuously towards a tree a short distance away.
