A library??

You sit up finding yourself on a couch in a large and dark library. This one however is not De. Cesar’s library in fact its unlike any library you have ever seen. There are sprawling bookcases except the all floating some on the side others upside with books flowing in ant out.

You looked around and found books as far as the eye could see and as you looked out you could see a swirling purple void surrounding outside of the collection of floating bookshelves. You flinched as a hand touched your should before looking to up to see Roh'demus staring down in you amused. “Your back I didn’t expect you so soon much less at all consider your last trial.” He said cryptically as you stood up.

“What is this place Roh'demus I never seen this place before. Roh'demus smiled guiding with a hand on your shoulder to an empty book pedestal before speaking. “First I would like to congratulate you on completing the last of the elemental trials as I am sure you are wonder why we had you complete them in the first place. The reason was that only by passing those trials can you unlock the maximum potential of their respective element.”

In response you looked up at him confused before he continued. “I am sure your wondering why not all the wizards complete these trials this is because of the organization in your time known as the Order of Wizards from what I understand they outlawed these once sacred traditions citing that wizard in this day and age no longer needs such levels of power and the difficulty of these challenges. But you are no ordinary wizard Nathan for instance you are only the second wizard to pass the trial of lighting the first being a wizards before record his name lost to the sands of time.” He said looking off into space.

“But that isn’t why we are here now we are here because The Great Search has arrived and the void has deemed you worthy of its vast stores of knowledge and now it offers you it’s most powerful and forbidden secrets all them are at your whim and disposal however of the many tomes in this library the void will only allow you to learn from one tome. So when your ready place your hand on that pedestal and then imagine the secret you seek out most and the void will bestow it on you.”

You looked up Roh'demus before speaking. “You said I could potentially create bloodline magic right?” He nodded his head. “But I could still create my own bloodline magic instead of asking the void its secrets correct?” Roh'demus replied. “You are correct Nathan however there is no guarantee that you succeed in creating that form of bloodline magic and like regular magic you will have to unlock its secrets alone whereas a tome from this library will bestow upon you all the void contains forbidden, forgotten the void will bestow it all upon you. But ultimately I strongly advise you to trust your heart Nathan and the void shall bestow the knowledge you desire whether it is evident to you or not imprinting it upon your mind for you to use as you see fit.”
