A leash and collar

"Yep, this costume should suit you." With that, her paws moved from behind her back, revealing a leash and collar.

Cathy gave the feline a blank stare. "That's... not a costume."

"It sure is," Jada grinned, taking a step closer. "You're gonna be my little puppy for Halloween."

The dog's head cocked, still uncomprehending. "Why did you have me take off my clothes if all you had was a leash and collar?"

"Because pets don't wear clothes!" The serval giggled, gently tilting Cathy's muzzle out of the way before wrapping the leather around her neck and tugging on the clasp until the collar lay snug against her throat. She followed that up by attaching the leash to the metal ring on her collar and then securing both with a small padlock.

"I can't... You want me to trick-or-treat like this? N-naked?" Cathy asked, her heart thudding in her chest.

"Mhmm. I'm punishing you, remember?" Jada's tongue poked out again to lick at her lips while she ran a padded finger across the collar. "But there's no reason you can't enjoy it."

Cathy gaped at her roommate. "What will people think? W-what if they take pictures? And... uh... there's kids and stuff..."

Jada laughed, and her eyes sparkled. "I take good care of my pets. I won't let anyone hurt you, and I won't make you pose for pictures or anything if you don't want to. It'll be fine. I promise."

A whine leaked out of the border collie's throat and her gaze sank to the floor. "Okay... If this is what you want..."

The cat stepped towards the door without saying anything, a satisfied grin on her muzzle and Cathy's leash in her hand. She turned back as she reached for the knob, her gaze roaming along the length of her friend's nude form again. "On your fours, girl." Jada punctuated her command with a small jerk of the leash.

Cathy balked for a second before obeying, slinking to her knees and crawling forward, her tail tucked tightly between her legs. A wave of hot shame swept through her body as she knelt there prostrate before her roommate, feeling completely exposed and ****. The wood floor creaked as her weight pressed down into it, her dangling breasts heaving with her anxious breaths.

"Good," Jada purred, her paw giving a small pat to the top of the dog's head. "Remember, pets don't talk, so bark or whine at me or something if you need my attention." The serval grabbed a plastic pumpkin sitting on a shelf next to the front door by its handle and shook it, rattling the fake orange vegetable. "C'mon, girl. Let's go find some candy."

With quiet glee, the feline led the naked, submissive border collie down the stairs and into the street.
