A late night dip

"Do you see anyone?" Yang asked, looking frantically over her shoulder.

"Oh, relax," Ruby assured her, waving a hand. "Everyone's asleep. No one's gonna see us."

Team RWBY walked along the sidewalk in a line, all of them completely naked. The four of them each had goosebumps raised along their entire bodies, a combination of the chilly night air and the excitement of their current situation.

"Yeah? That's what these two thought before they ran into that blowhard, Sky," Yang muttered, gesturing to Weiss and Blake.

"This is different," Blake said, looking sideways at her partner. Even in the low light, her amber eyes shown like little beacons.

"Yeah? How?" Yang asked, skeptical.

"Well...if anyone happens upon us..." Blake got a wicked grin on her face. "You could break their legs, to keep them silent."

Yang chuckled and shook her head, looking forward once more. While she appreciated the words, they did little to calm Yang's nerves. This was only 2 nights after Weiss and Blake had been caught returning from their adventure into the city. While Yang had been unsure about this at first, her teammates soon convinced her to join them on this impromptu outing. They had assured her this wouldn't be nearly as bad as streaking to the city and, to be fair, that much was true.

Beacon academy offered a small building for students to workout in, in order to maintain their physical performance and push themselves to be better. This included an area for weights, cardio, running, and (most relevant to this story) a pool. That was where our protagonists were heading at the moment. Both Ruby and Weiss were curious what it felt like to go skinny dipping, and Blake was eager to do it again after so long without. Yang, herself, could take or leave the thought, but the others were persistent about this being a team activity. Ruby, especially. Yang could never say no to those puppy-dog eyes of hers.

God, it's like we're kids again, she thought to herself as they arrived at their destination. A simple brick building, standing 2 stories tall. Like all buildings on campus, it was open 24 hours to all students. However, their peers seemed eager to catch their 40 winks rather than be treated to a once in a lifetime show.

"Well...no time like the present!" Ruby said cheerfully before flinging the door open and leading her team inside. Unfortunately, the halls before them lay fully darkened. And they all agreed they were going to stay that way. The last thing they wanted was to draw the attention of someone peering out their dorm window to see lights on in the adjacent building. To that end, they were **** to rely on Blake's faunus night-vision. With her in the lead, Ruby stood behind her, then Yang, and finally Weiss. With all of them holding hands like school children moving from one class to the next, Blake began leading them through the pitch darkness in front of them.

Ok, now it's really like we're kids again... Yang thought as she followed the two in front of her.

Very quickly, they arrived at the swimming pool. Fortunately, with one wall being a large window, the moonlight coming in allowed the 3 humans of the group to see a little better. As soon as they were in the room, Ruby surged forward and jumped into the pool, landing about 10 feet from the edge. Evidently, the eager huntress couldn't wait any longer. Ruby resurfaced a moment later, brushing her hair back and sputtering a bit.

"Come on in!" she shouted, not caring about being quiet. "It's, like, the perfect temperature!"

Similarly, Weiss moved forward a little more briskly than she normally would. When she stood at the edge, the heiress pushed off and dove into the water with perfect form, propelling herself like a mermaid before coming up for air. Her hair was already down for this, and sat plastered against her back now that it was wet.

Blake, unlike the two before her, wasn't overflowing with excitement over this. She remained a bit more composed, simply walking to the edge of the pool and stepping off into the water. Once underneath, she pushed off from the wall and turned onto her back, floating to the surface and laying with her entire front sitting in full view of her teammates.

Yang, not wanting to be left out of the fun, decided to take a different approach. She took a runners pose where she stood, gaining speed until she pushed off the edge of the pool as well. However, she tucked her arms and legs together to form a tight ball, landing with a much larger splash than any of the others had. When the blonde pushed off the bottom and came back up, she saw her teammates laughing at that, the resultant waves spreading all around the pools and pushing water up onto the edges.

"You always knew how to make an entrance," Ruby teased her.
