A jockstrap

"I have an idea. Since he won't be able to wear the skirt part of the sport uniform nor any classic form of underwear I was thinking that he could wear a jockstrap as bottoms when practicing sports. Now that I think about it he could wear them all the time. They are not pants by any definition and they are clearly designed with the male anatomy in mind. this is a perfect way to get around the rules." explained Jill. This was a step forward, K-T would at least not have his dick and balls hanging out, but there was still an obvious flaw in this plan in his opinion.

"Ohh do you really see it could work? it seems to fit within the regulations of the code from what I can see." Maggie agreed.

"Aunt Jill, I don't know if you are aware, but jockstraps have nothing the behind. My butt would be completely exposed if I wore them in public with nothing over it," he pointed out.

"Ohh, I know that. The issue is that a jockstrap that covers your cute little butt suddenly becomes undistinguishable from a pair of panties as defined in the code and as such cross dressing. No, it works. If we got you male taylored shirts, jackets, socks and dress shoes and we throw on a jockstrap on top of everything the most important bits are covered and we follow the letter of the code."

"The classmates you will have are all adult young ladies with a good education and upbringing, I doubt they would find any amusement or interests in something as childish as an exposed male butt," confirmed Maggie.

KT's knowledge of the habits of teenage girls in such situations made him highly doubt that.

" Won't we get in trouble with the trust for him only wearing underwear as bottoms?" asked Maggie after a short reflection.

"No we won't, it's a best. Since the rules ban something that should be mandatory, K-T or the school won't get in trouble for not having them on. Because of the clause that indicates that in all matters related to the code, bans trump mandates. There will be a few things to work around to make sure that his day to day life is well within what the code asks or allows. But since we found an uniform that works we can immediately enroll him. "

"I'll gathered the paperwork necessary," said the dean.

A few minutes later ( that K-T spent standing and exposed, no one having told him that he could sit down or cover.), Maggie laid down some forms and contracts on the table and gave K-T a pen to sign them.

"I told you that I had a plan that would work, K-T. You just have to sign these papers and you will be enrolled for free including house and board for the next five year. That is of course unless you don't want, in this case we will just go home give the news to your mom and we will have to find another way to prevent this two centuries old school from closing, depriving hundreds of young girls with no other options of a chance of getting a good education." his aunt Jill had mastered the art of guilt tripping him while lacing it with threats. K-T glanced over the papers. Some were standard registration forms, one paper said that in exchange of his free admission he wouldn't be allowed to drop out before the end of the five years period. another one where he swore that he would submit to the school's code of conduct and agreed to go along with any workarounds put in place to accommodate his status as the only male on campus. Plus some legalese stuff about not being able to sue anyone about anything contained in the other papers.

K-T grabbed the pen and signed the whole stack of papers. He then handed it back to the dean.

"Alright K-T, you are now officially a student at Saint Lucy. I'm sad to say it but I'm **** to issue to you your first and only warning about you being in infraction to the code of conduct. Each student is only allowed one warning per year before getting disciplinary actions engaged."

"What? What have I done? You have not even given me the code to read yet!"

"It doesn't matter in this case since it is a rule that we have discussed with you. You are currently engaging in cross dressing on campus," she explained. "You need to remove these girl clothes immediately."

"But... You just gave them to me! You are the one who told me to wear them!"

"Yes, but at this time you were not a Saint Lucy student, the code didn't apply to you. You are now enrolled and so it does now"

Not even wanting to discuss this anymore and with no desire to find out what " disciplinary actions" could entail, K-T removed the jacket and after a few button related fumbles, the shirt too. He put them both back on the table with the unworn parts of the uniform. He looked around for his t-shirt, some cheap promotional t-shirt for a sausage company his mom got for cheap at a fair and right now the only thing that he could wear. But it had disappeared.

"Looking for this?" asked his aunt Jill, showing to him that the t-shirt was in her purse. "Saint Lucy students are not allowed to wear non uniform clothes on campus, I couldn't let you get punished for something that you didn't know. I'll give it back to you outside. Thank you for everything Maggie, I'll see you soon."

"Oh, no. Thank you Jill, you really saved us."

Once outside, K-T realized that he would have to get in the car naked, unable to get his t-shirt back for as long as they stayed on campus.

The ride home would be even more embarrassing than the one coming here. His aunt drove off, at the high speed she liked to use while using her car.

"Your mother will be so happy to know you'll go to college K-T. Don't worry, starting today I will order some code compliant uniforms for you, you'll be all set in a few weeks when classes start. Here let me give you your t-shirt," she said, searching in her bag while speeding on the highway. As soon as she got it out a gust of wind snatched it away and sent it flying." Oops, well nothing we can do about this now I guess. Don't worry we only have a few stops before getting home."

K-T was distraught from the loss of his only piece of clothing, but even more so from learning that they were not going home directly.
