“What could this mean?” Obi-Wan questioned, stroking his beard as he thought.

“How should I know? Maybe it’s a prison?” Anakin replied, frustrated confusion in his voice.

“If it’s a prison then perhaps we’ll find some prisoners who will have answers for us.” Obi-Wan speculated.

“Or we’ll run into more guards who will want to put us in said prison!” Anakin countered back.

“Well we’re not getting anywhere wandering around out here. Let’s at least investigate.” Obi-Wan declared, before reaching forward and placing his hand on the symbol. As he did, it lit up, and the door slid away to allow entry.

“How did you know to do that?” Anakin asked.

“There wasn’t a handle anywhere else, so it just seemed logical.” Obi-Wan replied, though in truth he wasn’t sure how he came to that conclusion so fast himself. Instinct or the guidance of the **** perhaps?

The room was dark, but the two Jedi stepped inside anyway, looking around for a control for the lights.

However, once they were both a few steps inside, the door closed behind them, plunging the room into darkness.

“Oh yes, this a vast improvement to our previous situation.” Anakin whined.

“Calm yourself Anakin.” Obi-Wan replied.

Suddenly, the darkness was illuminated as lights shined from overhead and the two Jedi could now see the room they were in seemed to be a rectangular construction with the walls decorated with what had to be dozens of mirrors.

“A mirror room? What is this place even supposed to do?” Anakin asked, but Obi-Wan stepped forward to inspect the mirrors more closely. He saw his reflection, waving his hand and then placing it back on his beard to think.

“Hmmm, hard to tell. A dressing room of sorts perhaps?” Obi-Wan speculated as he kept looking around.

“If it’s a dressing room then where are the clothes?” Anakin countered as he started to inspect the mirrors himself. Similar to Obi-Wan, he saw himself reflected back with his long hair and scarred eye.

But when Anakin went to the next mirror, he instead saw himself but not as a perfect reflection… but rather having gained a number of pounds. He looked almost like a Hutt rather than his normal self.

“Looks like they’re trick mirrors. Guess this room is meant for entertainment.” Anakin called out to Obi-Wan as he looked through more mirrors. One made him absurdly thin and lengthy, another made his colors inverted, silly little tricks one by one as he walked…

Then he stopped, when he looked into this mirror, he didn’t see himself. Looking back at him instead was…
