A hot mom and her daughters

First up on the list is one Ms(?) Amanda Breyer. According to her application, she’s in her late 30’s and has two daughters who are 21 and 18. With her youngest daughter Emily fresh out of high school, the Breyers have been looking into the college in Delray City. Ashley, the older daughter, is 21 years old and as far as you can tell is not enrolled in college.

Amanda found your ad and thought your offer sounded great despite being an hour away from Emily’s college. Considering how much it costs to rent even a small apartment in Delray City, you are inclined to believe that the hour drive to and from Delray City is probably a cheaper option for them.

You send a reply back to her, extending an offer to meet in person at the house and see how things turn out. You don’t intend to get their hopes up, but you have yet to see any reason why you would decline them as potential tenants. You get a response about an hour later asking if 2 pm tomorrow would be okay to meet up, which you agree to before giving them directions to your place.

With that meeting all set up, now you have to decide the next applicant to try and arrange a time and date for an interview.
