A horrible "accident".

"That's strange." Jackson says, bringing her car to a stop, a few minutes later. "I don't remember there being any road closures tonight. Dispatch, what's going on at 45th and Yarret?"

Her radio crackles to life. It's muffled and full of static, but you manage to catch that there's been some serious damage to the main water line and all major roads have been closed off until they can find the busted pipe. "Dammit." She swears, smacking her steering wheel. "Looks like we're going to have to take the back roads. Just hang on there, buddy. We'll get you to the station soon."

The ride you've been **** to have is pleasant enough, while you're stewing over the fact that not only have you been cursed with some horny, demon dog, now you're probably going to be taken to an asylum because apparently, no one else can see or hear the thing. Your train of thought ends abruptly when something slams hard into the side of the car, sending it flying through the air, and crashing in a heap.

Shaking the stars out of your eyes, you kick at the shattered windscreen and drag the **** Jackson out of the wreckage with you. You take her a safe distance away and lay her down gently onto the ground. She looks bad. Massive bleeding from the head, cuts all around and her arm is broken in two places. You on the other hand, are completely unharmed.

Cerebos comes up to you, steam rising off his body. "You're welcome."

"You did that?" you ask, stupefied. "And why am I not like her?"

"Aye, I did." he replies, sitting on his haunches. "And because you are no use to me injured. Now, mount her and let us leave."

Your jaw drops. You move your hands from her to him and back. "Are you serious?!" You yell. "You just assaulted a police officer! She might be need serious medical attention. And you still want me to just, **** her and be done with it?!"
