A golem graveyard

Looking around, Taylor sees one exit, high up at the top of a great staircase that looks akin to scaling a mountain, each step taller than {if Female = 1}her{else}him{endif} standing straight up. Fortunately large deactivated golems stand around ready to be used. There are a number of them, each stuck in different poses. Perhaps a golem could carry {if Female = 1}her{else}him{endif} down the staircase.

They can be manually controlled, which doesn't take much mana, but tends to be clumsy. Or they can fully charged and autonomous, but that does burn some mana.

At the bottom, Taylor hears some strange skittering, but its so faint, Taylor hardly hears it.
