What is the girls secret?
A genie’s skilled are based on their mortal life
“The mighty El-Sad…” Dr Steven Strange said, looking through the sanctum’s book shelves. “Are you sure that’s what she said?”
“Positive” Agent Riley said as he and Davis looked around the room.
“Strange… I think I’ve got something…” Wong called out from the other side. The book was the size of a carryon suitcase.
“There is something here about the armor of El-Sad… it makes the wearer invulnerable.”
“Didn’t she say that was the Grog guy’s second wish?” Davis asked Riley, who flipped through his notes.
“Yeah… make his men’s armor invincible.”
“Looks like we’ve got a lead…” Strange said “can I see the picture of the lamp again?”
Davis held up his tablet, with the image of the lamp.
“There seems to be something inscribed on it… it looks ancient…”
Wong looked over as well…
“The genie within provides what they were once best in…” he read off.
“How did you know that…?” Strange asked.
“It’s the same ancient language that several of the texts in the Kamar-Taj library is written in. It’s not dead, but no one knows what it sounds like, only how to read it.”
“So a genie of this lamp would provide the skills it knew before they became a genie… like he’d be able to heal people?” Davis asked.
“In short, yes…”
