Chapter 8 by jaed jaed

What goes wrong this time ?

A friking chandelier falls over her head.

And so, the contest continued as normal from it left off before the rain started, only that this time Dorothea was going to sing another song, and that she was in only her underwear, in front of some of her classmates and teachers, in the dinning hall of the academia.

"Alright, Dorothea, just ignore them, and focus on your song", she said to herself to calm herself down, upon which, she began to sing her new song.

As was expected of a former Songstress like Dorothea, this new song was really beautiful, even more so than the one she sang earlier, for she was really putting all of her energy and concentration in this once, to ignore her current state of attire. Unfortunately for Dorothea though, as she continued singing her song, something else was happening at the same time that would ruin this perfect moment for her. That thing being an old, rusty chandelier dangling above her head.

Due to the age of the monastery, being an historical building hundreds of years old and all, it wasn't uncommon for many of it's furnitures and decorations to have the same age as it, something which created a lot of problems, specially with delicate yet dangerous objects like the chandelier, and given that the size of the Monastery made it difficult to keep track of everything in it, well...

"AAAAHHHHHHHHHH", yelled Dorothea in fear and surprise, as all of sudden and out of nowhere, an old chandelier that was on the top of the room fell over her head. Interruping her song, and almost knocking her over.

"Dorothea!, are you okay ?!", said Marianne concerned alongside others as they rushed to see her.

"WHY DOES THIS DAY KEEPS GETTING WORSE?!!", she yelled annoyed as she removed the chandelier from herself with their help.

"Well, at least you're not hurt", commented Dorothea as to raise her mood up.

"Emm, i don't think that's the problem here...", Annette replied as she looked closer to Dorothea, for effectively, between the impact of the hit and the fact that it was still lit up , the chandelier had appeared to have done a great deal of damage to Dorothea's already small attire.

"Oh, great, how bad is it ?", Dorothea said as she groaned out of frustation, asking Annette how bad was the situation.

How bad things are for Dorothea ?
