A fine

"Now then, Jessica Johnson, you are here because you attempted to poop on people in the carnival." The woman declared. Jessica crossed her eyebrows with confusion, that was a very gross and incorrect accusation! "Ummm... that's gross, no I --"

"ONE MORE WORD AND I SPANK YOU!" The woman yelled, making Jessica flinch. She nodded her head obediently, the constant fear of her reputation being shattered dominated her mind.

The woman continued after a short pause, to confirm Jessica was listening. "The fine for such a disturbing act is five hundred dollars, pay the fine and we can continue to your sentence." The woman demanded.

Jessica's mind raced in a panic. She did not want to pay a fine for something she didn't even do! She had ****, however, it was that or lose her entire career! She then realised that she didn't have her money with her, it was in the her purse which she left with the woman. She didn't know what to do, as the woman awaited a response.

"I don't have my money with me..." She responded, praying it was a good enough reason. The woman stormed over to her, grabbed her expensive white top and tore it off her body. Her big boobs swiftly flopped out as her white bra was also ripped off her torso. She shrieked, completely topless as her bare boobs were on full display to the camera.

The woman placed her top and bra into a container and walked back to where she originally stood. "You have now paid the fine, well done." She told Jessica menacingly. All the half naked reporter could do was stand and await her punishment...
