A few hours later to training!

A little later, Felix and Diana were driving out to the desert, Felix grumbling a little bit. "I'm going to get so many bruises today..."

"Well, considering what happens to so many people who try fighting a Kryptonian powered by a yellow sun, I'd say you're gett inff lightly, but then again, this is just training, not an actual fight," Diana teased him.

"Still, this is gonna suck..." he groaned.

"Hey, at least it's not the only "suck" going on in your life, right?" she quipped, making him **** on his own spit. She laughed a bit, and said, "Besides, it's one way to spend some time with another hot girl, you really going to say no to that?"

"...why are you so hard to argue with?" he chuckled ruefully. They soon arrived in the desert nearest Metropolis, and looked around for the exact spot Robin said he would be waiting. "...fifty bucks says he's somehow hiding in plain sight and intends to try to surprise us..." he remarked. "And has some method to mess with my Empathy abilities to keep me from sensing him by his emotions."

"He was trained by Batman. No bet, Master," she told him flatly.

"Worth a try," he chuckled, pulling over when they reached the coordinates. They got out of the car, and looked around.

"You're late," Robin said from behind them about half a minute later, and Felix jumped, and stared at Robin. Sure enough, he had some device on his belt that blinked slightly, probably something that scrambled psychic based abilities.

"...okay, I'll bite. How did you even do that?" Felix asked, looking around for anything that would even remotely constitute a hiding spot.

Robin simply smirked at Felix, without giving an answer. "Supergirl should be here any minute..." he said, making Felix grumble about the question being dodged.
