A featureless void

Dana felt like she was floating in space. Her body was weightless and her surroundings were entirely black. The only light was a soft, dark red - like the color of wine. The source of the light wasn't apparent, the light seemingly coming from all around her. It illuminated her naked body, bathing her nubile form in its glow.

Dana would have been embarrassed, but she felt strangely...distant. She felt like she could stay here forever, without a care in the world. Everything else seemed so far away.

Time seemed to lose all meaning, as she floated leisurely through the void.

"Dana?"

Did she hear something? She looked around, but found nothing. After a while, she gave up, resuming her tranquil movement through the featureless void.

"Dana!"

After what seemed like an eternity, she heard that faint voice again. What was it saying? That name seemed familiar, but she was having a hard time remembering who it belonged to. Annoyed at the disturbance, she returned to her calm state, resuming her calm swim through nothingness.

"Dana!!"

The noise was a lot closer this time. She let out a surprised yelp as she rotated herself to face the source.
