A drifting insland

When that thing moved closer, Conceus realized that's an island.

A moving island? Is that the shell of a very big turtle, or something like that?

He had a conflict in his mind: On one hand, he really wanted to go there to explore this mysterious island. On the other hand, he didn't sure how long he can hold outside the Land of Darkness.

At that moment, he heard a scream. Somebody needed help.

Conceus made the decision. He flew to the island and quickly pinpointed the source of the sound: A woman was screaming in labor.
