A different flavor for Pearl

You try to ignore the drumbeat in your chest as you ponder the implications of the machine's byzantine controls. If you understand this thing correctly—And you're pretty sure you do—you could do some pretty radical things with it, on a level far beyond turning your best friend pink. Things like... Like what, exactly?

You cast a surreptitious glance at Pearl as she continues hotly arguing with Sully about the name "Bimbo Juice." The new color scheme might be a relatively subtle change, but the simple change from slimming black to bright white means her hoodie does a much worse job at concealing her curves than before. More importantly than that, the color scheme and bright blonde hair completely changes her appearance, and it feels like you're seeing a new unfamiliar girl rather than the snarky dork you've hung out with since you were both thirteen.

Your cheeks flush as the realization washes over you like a bucket of warm water. With the "normal" Pearl the thought would never have occurred to you, but this blonde chick is curvy, even under her baggy clothes. What else could she be, with the Juicer Max's help?

You're still reeling from the thought when you realize that Pearl is glaring at you. "Earth to Chase!" she snaps. "I asked if all the flavors on this glorified antique were that misogynic."

"Uh, I'm not sure?" you admit. "I'd never heard of that one, but Popple Quench's names were always a bit off-beat, but most of them were alright. Kind of endearing, you know?"

"Oh, right, the 'endearing' Bimbo Juice Xtra Lite." Pearl rolls her eyes. "What's next, the cutesy Slut Slurper Zero? The charming Penis Colada Classic?"

"Oh come on," you grouse, eyes narrowing. "The sodas taste great! That one was probably just a one-off fluke. Actually, let me try to get you a different flavor, one I'm sure you'll love..."
