“What?” James asked as he looked into Mel’s eyes

“Look he was a close friend of mine before Naked Ambition changed my life around. I feel like he would have helped us if I had explained to him everything that was going on,” Mel said standing up and giving the look of confidence that made Lexie fall in love with her.

“Ugh…fine…do you have a plan?” Lexie asked sitting back down but not covering anything.

“I don’t but I do know someone that is great with plans,” Mel said sitting down next to her wife. James could help but stare at their naked bodies as they chatted with one another. A text on the phone made him grimace,

I say this next bit and I truly mean it…don’t help me and don’t summon me again…” and just as strangely as he entered the room he was gone without a trace.

“Wait! James!” Mel called out with little effect. She immediately turned to Lexie and said exactly what James said not to do. “We have to help him!”

“Did you just not hear what the man said!? I know there’s no stopping you but we don’t even know how to help him!” Lexie said with a sigh. “Whoever is doing this to him clearly knows what we are trying to do. I say let him fend for himself since no one helped us.”

“Babe! James has no one. You had Barbie and Chantelle and I had the glitches while James…he’s all alone. He said not to help but I could see that he was begging for it without saying anything,” Mel said passionately as she fought back tears. “Please, Lex…”

“Oh for fuck’s sake…fiiine…but if shit hits the fan I am pulling us out immediately,” Lexie said with a pinch of Mel’s nose. “So what’s the plan?”

“I think we need a team. Let’s make some calls!” Mel said getting off the couch and going to get her phone.
