In this reality, Kim Kardashian was still a famous and beautiful celebrity who had a reality show with her family. Unlike our world though, she's a modest woman who is insecure about many things, most specifically her oversized, plump ass. In this world she was mortified by the idea of anyone ever seeing it, and kept herself as well covered as she could at all times. But, in any reality, Kim will end up exposed one way or another...
