A date!

"... I was thinking that we should go and check that new restaurant ou-...", Naruto began, but was cut off.

"NO! I'm not going on a date with you numbskull! Forget it already!", she interrupted him halfway through the sentence. Why did he think he would have any success with her?

But Naruto wouldn't give up that easily. "Aww, come on, Sasuko-chan! I'll be paying!", he begged.

A vein popped on Sasukos forehead. Her fist tightened. "First: Don't call me Sasuko-chan. Second: No! Why don't you go and ask that annoying pink slut for a date?", she spat out, referring to Sakura, of course.

"You shouldn't talk about Sakura like this, Sasuko-cha... Sasuko. She's our teammate after all...", Naruto responded, barely remembering the scratch the nickname.

Sasuko only humphed. Why would she care about that annoying, useless, dead-last, disgrace to all, pink kunoichi?

"But yeah, I already did. She turned me down.", Naruto groaned, pulling his shirt up a bit, revealing some bruises that were undoubtedly sterming from Sakura.

For once, Sasuko approved of Sakuras actions, and she herself felt like adding a few bruises of her own. He's not that bright... first stating the obvious that you are paying, and then saying that I'm only second choice!, she thought. Although she couldn't care less about his preferences, it hurt her womanly pride to be only second choice.

With that in mind, Sasuko charged forward, intent to punch Naruto square in the jaw. But Naruto was barely able to catch the punch, and he laughed a bit. "Wow, you're eager! Hey, how about we spar and bet on the outcome? If you win, I'll never pester you again. But if I win, we'll go out on a date together!", he suggested.

Sasuko gritted her teeth as he easily parried her attack. "As if you could ever uphold your end of the bargain. But you sure know that I can't resist a chance to kick your ass, dumbass. You're on!", she accepted his challenge.

Now, both got ready for a fight, and both had a good incentive to win this match.
