Naruto

"Yes!", Naruto exclaimed in victory as he stood victorious of Sasukos defeated form. He jumped up and down a few times in joy.

He then walks over to Sasuko and extends a hand to help her up. "You're not going to chicken out of this, huh, Sasuko-chan?", he asks with a smug grin on his face.

Grudgingly taking the offered hand, Sasuko stands up. "Don't... call...", Sasuko began to growl menacingly, still panting, but she was cut off by Naruto who placed his index finger on her lips.

"Oh, but I have to do that when we're on the date... because that is what people usually do on dates, Sasuko-chan.", he teased her.

Blushing for a second, Sasuko quickly regained her composure and brushed his hand away. "We're not on the date yet...", she reminded him as she strode past him. All she wanted to do now was get home, quickly.

"And the date?", Naruto called out after her.

"Pick me up at 7 pm at my place!", she told him as she ran home. That had to be one of the most humiliating moments in her life so far, and she knew, it would only go downwards this evening.

7 pm

Sasuko was not that skilled in choosing dresses for dates, and she would be damned if she asked another girl... that would be too embarrassing. Besides, if Naruto didn't tell anyone about this date (which was rather unlikely), she would give it away then...

Still, she was satisfied as she had chosen a light blue silk dress of her mother that had the Uchiha emblem on its hem. It was rather conservative, but that was alright... she didn't want to give Naruto the wrong idea after all.

Then, the bell of her house rang. She checked the watch, and cursed Naruto. That excitable idiot was actually on time.

"Hi. You look nice, Sasuko-chan.", he greeted her, prompting a blush on the Uchihas face.

"S-Shut up!", she yelled at him.

"Don't get all flustered, Sasuko-chan. The date has not even begun yet.", Naruto chuckled. With that, he extended his hand and offered Sasuko to hook in under his arm.

Sasuko hesitated and sighed out loud. Knowing she had no other choice, she took his hand, and together, they went off to their date...
