A confiscation of assets

Lauren's head is spinning as she tries to come to terms with what has happened.

"I... I... What am I going to do?" The disowned debutante whimpers in a voice barely above a whisper.

"Well, for starters, you're going to have to hand those over," Megan says with a cruel grin on her face.

"W-what? Hand what over?" Lauren asks in a daze. "I've already lost everything!"

"Mmmm, not quite," Megan says, relishing this sweet ****. "You're still wearing Vanessa's property."

"Huh?" Lauren asks, either unable or unwilling to process what's being ask of her.

"Those clothes dummy," Megan says far too cheerily. "Hand 'em over!"

Lauren gulps nervously as her face turns red. "Oh no, please, please, d-don't take these. Th-they're all I have left!"

"Not anymore they aren't!" Megan says as she advances on her former employer.
