A combo pack of two characters

Even in a time where you can take characters out of their worlds to buy them, there are still annoying popups. A bit annoyed James already wants to click on the red X, when he just sees what the popup is advertising at all.

2 for the price of one bundle. For a short time only, you can get a bundle of the animated series Huntik: Secrets & Seekers. For a very low price you get one of the main characters Sophie Casterwill and on top of that you get her favorite titan Sabriel for free. You can have a lot of fun with this duo. So strike, the offer goes on for another 10 minutes.

A timer ticks down to show how long the bundle will be available. If I didn't know the popup was from RealDreams I would think it was a fake. However..., this is how James thinks about it.

Sophie is already really cute. She could check out the library with Hermione. Sabriel, on the other hand, is... maybe not the prettiest, but she could make a good bodyguard. Besides, it might be a good idea to buy both of them together, they know each other and it would be easier for them to get along.

As the timer continues to tick slowly, James is left with little choice. He adds the bundle to his shopping cart. As he selects the mods for the two, a thought occurs to him.

This would be an opportunity to see what Hermione is up to. Sophie, like her, is an intelligent woman and certainly just as interested in her "freedom". Together with Sophie and Sabriel, she could accomplish a lot.

James scrolls through the mods until he finds one that fits. A hypnosis mod? he asks himself. A plan quickly forms in his head. He orders Sabriel with the mod and a mod for each of them, which controls their powers. Akeno doesn't need this mod, because it comes automatically with the mod.

Would be even nicer if some idiot couldn't control a character like Akeno with full powers and she ran amok.

After James pays for his order, he can choose when the characters should arrive. I shouldn't have them come at the same time. I think I should give Akeno a day or two to settle in.

So he orders Akeno at the earliest possible time, tomorrow afternoon, and Sophie and Sabriel come two days later.

Then he looks for some clothes for the three of them. He orders Akeno's school uniform, her fighting clothes and everyday clothes for all three of them. He takes the measurements from the order in RealDreams.

Lastly, James looks at the Multiversal Depot site. This store sells all sorts of items from the universes, as well as things developed by RealDreams itself. There he quickly finds a storage cube, in which he can store some things without always carrying everything with him. He directly puts two in the shopping cart. One for himself and one for the girls, when they can go shopping on their own. Furthermore he puts 3 more collars in the shopping cart, so that none of the new ones can run away.

Also, James wants to buy another weapon for Sabriel. I can't give her her sword, that would be too dangerous for me in case Hermione can persuade her to attack me or for others who attack us. I need a weapon that is not deadly but still for self defense.

After a few minutes of scrolling and filtering, James finds a weapon that meets his requirements. A shock baton from Tribute to Panem. That should work. He adds it to the shopping cart.

As he pulls up the cart, he notices for the first time in a while that things are quite expensive. I may have won the lottery, but I've already spent a not-so-small amount of money. I need to see that I don't spend it all and figure out how to get new money in.

After James has bought these things, too, he leans back a little. Now it's time to wait, he thinks to himself and goes directly to YouTube. There he scrolls a bit until he comes across a video of a Harley Quinn.

In this video Harley can be seen putting a bucket of water over a door. She climbs down it small ladder and goes to the camera. "And now let's see who will be our victim today."

A cut is made and the video shows footsteps approaching the door. The door is opened and a Wanda from the Avengers comes into the room. The bucket of water falls down on her and Wanda gets wet.

"Harley!!!" shouts Wanda. "Crap" a voice behind the camera is heard saying and quickly footsteps move away from her. After another step, Harley can be seen in front of the camera again.

"Unfortunately Wanda fell into our trap today, as if she couldn't even get down a bit. Well I'm glad if you liked this episode. Please like the video and check out either my other pranks or my videos on Prime Earth. See you next time."

The video ends. James sits in front of the video with a grinning face. He likes the video immediately and scolls through Harley's channel. He leaves the prank videos aside for now, because he's more interested in the videos about Earth Prime at the moment.

What is she doing there, he wonders, and clicks on a video titled "Introduction to Earth Prime for New Characters."

"Hello, and welcome to the channel!" Harley Quinn in her doctor costume sat next to a normally dressed Yor Brair. "I'm Harley Quinn, this is my beautiful assistant and your eye candy! Yor Brair!"

Yor blushed. "Hello..."

"So you want to know where you are and why you are suddenly slaves? Well, you're in luck! We'll explain it all to you so your masters don't have to!" Harley grinned.

"Earth Prime is basically the hub for all the other worlds, we were basically created from an idea and our worlds developed on their own, now RealDreams was created so that we characters become slaves to those who want to own us." explained Harley.

Harley continues to explain, with little comments and questions from Yor.

"Do the characters have rights?" asked Yor, raising her hand. "No! Unless you marry a primal, but that's a different video!" replied Harley.

"Are characters who live as slaves terrible?" asked Yor, frowning.

"Depends on the master/mistress you get." replied Harley.

"What are mods?"

"Modification! Basically, you can give us lots of great stuff! RealDreams is very thorough."

"Can we get jobs too?"

"Yes! But the master need to speak with the employer about what you'll be given for your services, most of the time the cash goes to your master!"

James pauses the video. This could be extremely helpful. That way I don't have to explain to every new character what Earth Prime is and how everything works.

James immediately subscribes to the channel and watches two more videos. Then there's a knock on the door. He gets up and opens it. Standing outside the door is Ram. She has her hands behind her back a little nervously and is pushing out her small chest.

"M-Master, could I talk to you guys?" she asks nervously. "Yeah sure, what's up" replies James. "Can I come in?" she asks again, looking slightly to the side. "Sure you're welcome to come in." James opens the door for Ram and she steps inside. Then he closes the door again.
