Chapter 3 by CrocodileHAZARD CrocodileHAZARD

The question is, who would this new apprentice be, and what would he be capable of?

A clone based on Slade’s DNA, with other genetic donors abilities added.

Instead of trying to recruit someone to his side, the supervillain decided to make one in his own image. And he couldn’t get much better than having himself cloned. Still, Slade was nothing if not a little ambitious, and he decided to include other "donor's" to the DNA cocktail that would eventually grow into the finest apprentice he could ask for.

Among some of the core samples of DNA he had managed to obtained included those of the Titans, several of their more formidable enemies, and even Trigon himself. The end result was you, a clone with about 87% of his own DNA, with the other 13 percent being a mixture of the various other donors, although each genetic sample added was not done in equal measure. Trigon alone demanded 5 percent, simply just for factoring in how much potential his power could promote if you could ever manifest it. Terra and Aqulad’s DNA could also provide a boon if you were to inherit the abilities of both: controlling the land and the sea with minimal effort.

All this and more promised a great deal of potential for the closest thing Slade would ever have to a son.

In the end, you looked for all intents and purposes to be a young copy of Slade grown to the same age as the Teen Titans. Your skills and talents were carefully groomed, and your growth of mind and body were closely monitored for any irregularities. But none were found, and the results were as successful as Slade could ever hope for.

But just how were you raised? And how did you turn out?
