A certain short-shack detective

Standing now in front of the catalog terminal, idly flicking through menus of various popular characters and IPs, you find yourself drawing a blank on whom to purchase.

All of a sudden you feel silly at the piled products already in your bag. It would probably have been better to think of this beforehand.

The features of the catalog are easily navigable, but out of curiosity, you press a button labeled “advanced search”

The new menu that pops up is far more extensive than the previous ones, and contains a huge assortment of filters and sorting options, including a tagging system.

You methodically scan the various filters, waiting for something interesting to peak your interest. You can sort by breast size, ass size, eye and hair color, age, ethnicity, species and countless others.

Its not long before an option gives you pause, “height” You think that it would be nice, to spend time with someone shorter than you for a change.

Inputting your parameters, you are presented with a list of female characters under five feet tall, sorted by popularity.

You’re surprised by the sheer number of short characters that are actually available, though a bulk of them are from animated movies and shows.

Near the top of the list, two characters are almost neck and neck for position. One of them is an eighteen year old Toph Beifong from Avatar, and the other is Velma Dinkley from Scooby Doo.

Now thats an interesting one when you think about it. Your entire situation really does feel like some Scooby Doo bullshit.

Clicking on Velma, your eyes are assaulted by countless orange turtlenecks and red skirts, as a further list of her various iterations over the past half century appears.

It takes some digging, but you eventually find your favourite version of her, from the original four direct to video movies.

Looking at her photo, a height chart superimposed behind her indicates shes no more than four foot nine inches tall. Perfect.

You hardly spare a glance at her photo or price tag before adding her to your cart, you could “inspect” her thoroughly at your hotel room later.

You briefly think of buying “the set” and picking up daphne while you’re at it, but decide against it, and once again begin searching the front menus.
