A cave, two days travel away

"We have enough supplies for the four of us for five days," Adi starts, surprisingly on-topic for once. "That should be enough, right?"

"That will be plenty," Nell responds. "I always feel better when we have spare supplies. An extra day of rations should suffice. Don't worry, Rosa, we should be able to carry everything." You blush slightly at Nell's preemptive response to the question already formulating in your head. Adi clicks his tongue in disapproval, no doubt assuming that Nell is trying to cozy up to you. Imagining what Adi may be picturing in his head only deepens your blush more. "If everything is all set, we should leave this morning then, right?"

"Yes. We just have to grab our stuff from upstairs and we can be off!" Jon quickly replies, seemingly eager to get going and prevent Adi from continuing to argue. He grabs his sword with one hand and Adi's arm with the other and the two of them quickly make their way to the back of the tavern and assumedly the room where they've been staying. "We'll meet you outside in a bit!" Jon hollers over his shoulder as he walks away.

Without much else to do, you and Nell wander outside to wait. Without much better to do, you inquire with Nell what exactly it is the group is after. "We've been given a mission to scout out a cave two days travel away," Nell explains. "It's been rumored that a group of bandits may be using it as a base, but either way if we come back with good news we get paid."

The last bit confuses you slightly. "Wait, so if we go all the way there and find nothing, we still get paid?"

"Yep, the pay is for the expenses of traveling there and back, no matter what we encounter when we get there," Nell explains. "Food, water, all those expenses add up, and that's what the guild put the money up for. Nobody would take the quest if they had to spend so much money traveling for the chance of no payout at the end." You nod. His explanation makes a lot of sense - you wouldn't take this type of job, either, if you weren't guaranteed to get a payout. You know all too well the consequences of running out of money in an adventuring life, and you are keen to keep that behind you.

Without any more questions to ask Nell, the conversation goes silent. The two of you are left to wait outside the tavern for the rest of your party to join. You quickly get self conscious of the number of passers-by slowing down their pace to get a longer look at you. You try to act as nonchalantly as possible but your tits barely covered by your top and peeking pubic hair still draw many eyes. Your face goes red and your heart begins beating out of your chest as you watch so many eyes linger on your body. You begin to wonder what is taking Adi and Jon so long, right as they come bursting through the door of the tavern. Adi saunters out with his backpack secured tightly, while Jon follows behind. He's balancing two full packs across his body and nearly collapses before passing one of them to Nell.

Nell deftly swings his pack onto his back and the four of you immediately set off for the town gate.
