A brass tube engraved with the symbol of Sagittarius

You pick up a vial made of brass, about the size of your index finger, and turn it over in your hand carefully. Engraved into the surface is a symbol which after a quick Google search you identify as the constellation of Sagittarius. You flick through the book, but the only information you can find is that in astrology, Sagittarius is one of the so-called "mutable signs" and that it has a dual nature; wisdom and rationality versus animal instinct.
