A bit of planning

With what she had written in the book, Neo figured she may as well bring Glynda in on things.

She didn't show her the book, but instead pulled out her scroll and began to type as Glynda fed her. Glynda, meanwhile, watched her with a perplexed, but intrigued expression.

Finally Neo handed her the scroll.

"I have the means to control people. I can't prove it to you right now, but I need you to believe me. Anyway, I can basically make anyone do anything I want within reason." Is what she had typed. She then went on to explain everything else she had done since getting the book - conveniently leaving out that she had done anything to Glynda herself, and ending her message with "But as imaginative as I am, I'm kinda not sure what to actually do aside from mess with people."

Glynda smiled at her, a warm, sweet smile.

"And where is the part where you used it to make me fall in love with you?"

Neo's poker face broke when confronted so blatantly like that, making Glynda giggle.

"I don't mind. In truth, this is the happiest I've ever felt. Perhaps you **** me to feel happy, but that doesn't make my happiness any less real. I don't mind you using this power on me, my dear" she said shyly, her face turning a bit pink.

"Regardless, you want assistance with planning things out, yes? It seems based on what you have said that you are not all powerful. You could not make obvious permanent changes to people. For example, you mentioned making miss Schnee clean, or making Miss Adel believe she was a robot. You could not make Miss Schnee a maid forever, or Miss Adel a robot forever, because people would recognize something is off with them. You can, however, cause me to fall in love with you, because that does not change how I act otherwise." She said in contemplation. "As such, I feel you have two options for people. It seems your power is somewhat akin to brainwashing. Even Miss Xiao-Long producing milk was more or less the result of you convincing her brain that she needed to make milk, no different than the brain would when a person is pregnant. So that leads me to your options. Option 1. Set people up to be like me. They are otherwise normal, but have a particular proclivity towards you. You could make them submissive to you, make them ignore you entirely, make them idolize you, so long as these things are easy to be overlooked by others. And option 2. Create certain conditions under which the person performs actions - akin to post hypnotic suggestions. For example, 'when Neo claps twice in front of Cinder Fall, she will bark like a dog' or something to that effect. You also needn't limit yourself to one or the other." Glynda finished.
