A bad omen...

We all held our breath a moment, watching as a single glowing eye appeared in the dark and moved closer, out stepped a tall man with a big build. The others looking stunned for a moment before their guards relaxed as I heard the Professor call out in surprise. "Cable?! What are you doing here?" He said as he began walking closer, Sarah blinking at the sight and letting out a sound like she was relaxing a bit more, a smile appearing on her face. Cable walked closer, putting away some sort of futuristic looking gun. "I came here because of a vision. I've only seen bits and pieces of it, but it contains information of possible futures, futures that show the earth in terrible danger. Conquered. Or outright destroyed. New threats, returning enemies, monsters that have or will refuse to give up on controlling or destroying all that they can..." Everyone looked at him seriously for a moment before Charles nodded his head and responded. "Yes Cable, we know. We've seen the vision in full, from the person that first experienced it no less." Cable's eyes widened a moment before he moved closer to the group. "Who? Where?" A hand raised up as I looked at Cable, Kali standing next to me before pointing at me with her raised hand. "Hi... I had the Vision first, at least I think I was first..." As I finished speaking, Charles chimed in. "I understand that this is important, but for now we should ensure these people aren't going to cause anymore trouble first. It'll be safer to discuss the future once we're back at the Jet at least."

I moved towards Juggernaut first, the big guy was a problem that HAD to be dealt with right away, couldn't leave him a chance to escape and continue being a problem. As I approached Juggernaut the others were dragged into the room, along with one Doc Ock who was still conscious but had realized he couldn't deal with this many foes at this time, especially not all at once. I was thinking about using Mental Invasion but messaged Charles first, privately. I figured he wouldn't want to discuss this out loud, especially with the others talking to cable about what they had seen. I got a response back of Charles making it clear that he didn't want me to use Invasion on Cain, so I respected his decision and moved on towards the next ones, the Professor stating he would try to think of something that could hopefully hold his brother.

So I moved on to Taskmaster, using Invasion I selected Ally. As the ability worked I felt the Invading **** doing something more... It felt like they were... Fixing something in Taskmasters head? It took a pop up to find out they were undoing the damage to his memory, breaking down and removing the side effect of the Serum Taskmaster had once been given. I read that Taskmaster would eventually regain his lost memories, that the skills he learned would last for longer even, that he wouldn't lose them so fast anymore. "Well... that's a hell of an upgrade..." I said before showing my screen to Charles. I got a smile in return as Charles spoke. "I think it's a good thing you've done, helping to restore his memory like this, removing the side effects he's been going through for so long. Hopefully this will aid him in the future." With that settled we moved onto...

Sabretooth... I was considering what to do with him when we heard a new voice ring out. "I'll take him, if you don't mind handing him over..." Everyone turned towards the voice, guards up as they looked over to see Mystique slowly walking into the room. Long red hair, yellow eyes, blue skin, a white outfit with a belt of skulls around her waist as her boots clacked on the floor with each step... She was looking... Thicker than when I'd last seen her though, her chest now seemed to push the top part of her outfit nearly to it's limits, her size comparable to Emma's in the chest department, her ass however had swelled up into an absolute dumptruck of an ass that was nearly on par with Kali's! Speaking of Kali she seemed to put herself between me and Mystique. "Magneto wants him back, we'll handle Sabretooth's punishment." She said as she stopped in front of the group, the professor thinking for a few moments before using his power to inform everyone to let her take Creed away. "He was hired by Taskmaster. Speaking of I just finished looking through his mind as well, he was hired by a proxy it appears... But it looks like Sinister is the one that hired him. We should be careful everyone, we have no idea what Sinister is trying this time. We'll need to be more careful than ever considering everything that is, or rather will be on the line." Charles spoke out, Mystique asking what he meant, I think the professor sent her a telepathic message. I saw her eyes go wide with surprise before she used her shapeshifting to help DRAG Sabretooth away, looking like she had 2 things to bring back to Magneto now.

Finally with the tense moments seemingly over, I headed towards the currently **** Octavius. A pop up practically LEAPING into my face as I had to stop myself from stumbling back with surprise.
Objective Available! Use Invasion on Octavius to get another Ally! This will help fix the mental issues from the tentacles as well as the insane ego boost they have **** into his mind, helping to revert the good Doctor back to the way he truly is.
Well... Okay then, decisions made it looks like! I sent a message to the Professor explaining what pop up I'd gotten and what I was gonna do, how I was going to try and repair the damage done to the Doctors mind... I began carefully, using the Mental Invasion to try and focus on HELPING the Doctors mind to heal, to recover and improve WITHOUT taking away any of what made him who he was. It took longer to do and was a lot more strenuous than normal but after a good 10 minutes it was done, just in time for the guards to make their way back up and SHIELD reinforcements to arrive shortly after that. "Okay! It's done, he should wake up back to his old self, before he came down with a case of tentacles..." I said as I stepped away, struggling a bit before being caught by Penny and finding myself getting sandwiched in a hug between her and Kali. With that we headed back to the Jet once we got all the talking with SHIELD done with, and from there headed back towards the Mansion.

"Zane? I'd like to see the vision you saw, would you mind?" Cable asked as he sat in the back with me. I nodded my head and about 5 minutes later he was sitting back in his seat, almost slumping at what he'd seen. Then he said something I hadn't seen or heard before "I saw my family, I saw my daughter growing up in safety, my wife not having to worry about me so much, my virus stopped from advancing even... Did everyone see that about my family in their vision?" Everyone that could turned to look at him in surprise, multiple people explaining how what they saw was different things alongside the main events of the vision. Eventually everyone realizing that alongside the main events of the vision, the threats, the calamity at the end, they also saw bits and pieces of their OWN futures depending on if they dealt with certain threats first and how they handled events as they took place. Everyone slowly becoming more and more stunned as they realized the only ones that had seen personal bits and pieces of the future from the vision were the Professor, Magneto, Cable, only myself knowing that Fisk had seen a vision of his OWN future as well. This was surprising to a lot of people, several of them growing a slight desire at least to see what their future would look like if they saw it directly. Before anyone could ask though we got a message from Beast, Helen's voice coming through saying there was an urgent message from Strange for us.

"Strange says to be warned, there are dark and Powerful magics at work. He is worried that it could be the START of another attempt to take over our world by Dormammu. He warns that we should be on our guard, possibly look into improving any magical defenses we might have." Helen spoke out through the comms system, further saying how she hoped receiving a warning like this would help to keep those in the mansion safe...
