A Weight Lifted

When Mallory and Patrick walked back into the house, Mallory went to find Ben and Patrick went to his bedroom where all of the rest of his girlfriends were waiting for him. Mallory didn’t have to look long to find Ben. He was in the living room watching television with Jasmine.

Mallory walked up to the couch that they were sitting on and said, “I think we need to have a talk. Do you have the time?”

“Sure. I think we need to have a talk. Let’s go up to your room.” Ben said and Mallory nodded as the two of them walked upstairs to the empty room.

When they walked into the room, Mallory closed the door behind her and turned to Ben. “If you don’t mind, I would like to go first.” Ben said and Mallory nodded.

“So, I have been noticing some things for a while. You have been spending a lot of time with Patrick lately and since we got here, you have been spending even more time with him.” Ben said.

“Yeah. I can admit to that. I see you have more to say though.” Mallory said and Ben nodded.

“Yeah. I do. I know you have always had a thing for Patrick. The whole group knows that. I just thought that once we started dating that might change. I think it did for a while, but I think since the two of you started having sex, those feelings came back. I can’t blame you for that though. The heart wants what the heart wants. I just wish you would have given us a better chance though.” Ben said.

“You are right about everything. I do wish that I could have given us a better chance. I really like you, but I can’t say that it is as much as I like Patrick. I thought I was over him, but everything just came back at some point. I am really sorry about this though.” Mallory said.

“I know you are. I have a lot of feelings for you right now and it does hurt that you don’t have them too, but I will be okay. I can focus on Jasmine now and maybe a few other girls as well.” Ben said.

“So, we are both in mutual agreement that we should end things now before we get to a point where we can’t be friends anymore?” Mallory asked.

“Yeah. We are in agreement. I do want to continue being friends, but it might take me a while until I can look at you as just a friend again.” Ben said.

“I understand that. Take all the time you need. I never meant for this to happen, you know. I was always meaning to be with just you, but those feelings came back and I just couldn’t let them go.” Mallory said.

“I get it. I wish we would have gotten to this point sooner, but we are where we are now, so let’s call this quits so we can go back to being friends sooner rather than later.” Ben said.

“Agreed. I’m sorry things ended this way. I will always be here for you though. Just let me know if you ever need anything and I will be there.” Mallory said.

“Thanks. The same goes for you.” Ben said.

“Well, I will let you and Jasmine stay here. There is no need for the two of you to move out of the room.” Mallory said.

“Thanks. So, I am going to go and catch up with Jasmine. I will see you later on then.” Ben said as he walked toward the door and opened it.

“Yeah. See you later.” Mallory said as she left the room right after Ben did but took a different direction.

It didn’t take Mallory long to get to Patrick’s room and knock on the door. The door opened and Sasha was standing there. “Come on in, Mal. Patrick and I have been waiting.” Sasha said.

Mallory walked in and laid on the bed and let out a sigh. Sasha laid down on one side of her and Patrick laid down on the other and just laid there in silence. After they had just laid there for a while, Patrick finally spoke up. “So, how did it go?” Patrick asked.

“We split mutually. He had been seeing how I was moving away from him and I just couldn’t do that to him anymore, so we just decided it was best for both of us to end it now.” Mallory said.

“I’m sorry, sweetie, but I’m sure you are doing what is best for you and him.” Sasha said.

“I know we are. It feels like a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders that I didn’t even really know was there until lately.” Mallory said.

“Do you feel better now?” Sasha asked.

“Yes and no. I do feel better that I don’t have to deal with that feeling anymore. I feel bad that I held Ben for that long and that he probably had more feelings than I did as well.” Mallory said.

“It will probably take a while, but you’ll both be happier for it.” Patrick said.

“I know. It just doesn’t feel the best right now.” Mallory said.

“That’s what we are here for. Why don’t the three of us stay here today and just relax and have some fun? There is plenty of stuff for us here to do.” Sasha said.

“I like that idea and I was hoping that you two would be up for something like that. I just don’t feel up to going skiing today. That conversation was a bit heavy.” Mallory said.

“I’ll go and let mom, Aunt Sherri, and Aunt Marsha know we are staying here today. You two just stay here and relax.” Patrick said as he left the room leaving the two girls alone.

“How did we get so lucky to have him as a boyfriend?” Mallory asked and Sasha just smiled at her.

“I don’t know how we did, but I am happy about it. I do have to ask a question though. Do you really want to go straight into a relationship with Patrick now?” Sasha asked.

“Breaking up with Ben would be pointless if I don’t go for it right now. I have been wanting this for years and I finally have that chance. I’m not letting it go like I did this summer.” Mallory said.

“Okay. I just wanted to make sure that you were sure. I’m not trying to talk you out of it or anything like that.” Sasha said.

“I know you’re not. You’re just being a good friend.” Mallory said.

Patrick walked into the room and the girls turned to him and Mallory asked, “So, what did our moms have to say?”

“They were understandably worried, so I had to tell them what happened and then they understood. They might stop by before leaving though.” Patrick said.

“That’s fine. Mom hugs are always the best anyways.” Mallory said with a smile.

Next to best friend hugs right?” Sasha asked as she wrapped her arms around Mallory and Patrick was there doing the same a second later.

“Yes. Best friend hugs are the best of the best.” Mallory said and all three of them laughed as they laid back on the bed and got comfortable again.

“You know. I would be happy if we didn’t get out of bed this whole day.” Patrick said.

“Oh, are you trying to get lucky?” Sasha asked with raised eyebrows.

“I wouldn’t turn it down, but there is nothing better than being somewhere with your best friends and not having to do anything but stay in their company.” Patrick said.

“I know what you mean. I always love spending time with the two of you.” Mallory said.

“That goes for me as well. So, other than staying in bed all day, is there anything else that the two of you would like to do today?” Sasha asked.

“Well, for one thing, I am going to need to move my things in here. I let Ben and Jasmine keep my room for the rest of the trip.” Mallory said.

“That was nice of you. We do have some room left in the bed, so you’re welcome with us.” Patrick said.

“What do you think Sabel, Kelly, and Kim will think?” Mallory asked.

“Sabel will be fine with it if last night proved anything. I’m pretty sure that Kelly will be okay with it and the more you get in with Kim, she will be okay with you too, I believe.” Sasha said.

“That’s true. Even though Sabel and I didn’t do much last night, it was still great making out with her.” Mallory said.

“I saw you two going at it. It was hot as hell. It probably pushed me over the edge while I was fucking Sasha.” Patrick said.

“I watched a bit of that as well and I looked watching you fuck Sasha and seeing her phat ass ripple as much as I could from where I was. Those boobs bouncing around were hot as hell too.” Mallory said, making Sasha blush a bit.

“We can probably find some of Aunt Jenn’s toys that she has and let you fuck Sasha from behind so you can see it the way that I do.” Patrick said.

“That would be so hot.” Mallory and Sasha said at the same time and they both smiled at each other.

“So, do we want to go downstairs and see everyone else off or stay up here for a while longer?” Patrick asked.

“I think I am going to take a nap. You two can go if you want.” Mallory said.

“Nope. We are together today. If you take a nap, we take a nap.” Sasha said and Patrick nodded.

“Sounds like we have a plan then.” Patrick said as he moved in between the two girls and laid down and both of them moved into his side and he held them close as they laid there in the bed comfortably.

“I’m glad we can do this whenever we want to now. It feels like everything is right in the world now.” Sasha said.

“It really does. I love you two so much and I’m glad that we got this all settled finally.” Mallory said.

“We love you too. Get some sleep. We got a whole day of doing whatever the hell we want in front of us. From what I heard downstairs, they might be staying at the resort until after dark tonight. There is supposed to be a party there.” Patrick said.

“Are you sure you two don’t want to go?” Mallory asked.

“Nope. We would rather be here with you.” Sasha said and Patrick nodded in agreement.

“Okay. Well, pleasant dreams.” Mallory said as she closed her eyes and Patrick and Sasha did the same and soon enough the three of them were in a deep sleep starting off the day just the way that they wanted.
