A/N So... I’m afraid that this is where the story ends.

I feel like having Cole head out on some ambiguous vacation is as good an end as any, mainly because the story for him ISN’T over.

I’m announcing a sort of sequel to Landlord’s Assistant called ‘Landlord’s Assistant, Year Two’. It will take place a year after the first one, and it’s going to be set in a bit of a low point for the Glade Apartment Complex.

A lot of people have moved out, and the Apartment is struggling with money. They’ve already sold the top four floors to a fiery young female landlord who wants the rest of the building.

The good news about this is that some of the women who didn’t serve a purpose in the first book will be getting actual storylines, and some will be ‘moved out’, to free up space for new characters later in the second book.

Because obviously, there isn’t going to be an influx of new characters at the start of the second book, because a big part of the story is Natalie struggling with money.

There’ll be a few new faces at the start, but not many.

I am going to inform you that I currently have no estimated release date for this sequel, as I have to begin planning for it, I have to come up with pictures, and I have to evaluate to see who stays and who goes. So, it might be a while before it gets up and running, but I’ll be sure to write a few chapters so when the second book launches, you’ll have some content to enjoy, not just a cast list.

Also, this sequel will just be a separate branch off the first chapter, so don’t be expecting another work to be published.
