A Little Twist

You realize something and check, yep there is a pretty brutal population crisis all over the world. Having smarter people also be more attractive means that only people that can control their urges and make good decisions are attractive.

Fiddling with the rules a bit you finally add:

* More attractive people are more sexually active and have higher libidos

* Children are considered a public good and are taken care of by the public

That second one needed careful wording and a few attempts to put it through. It couldn't be specific to your country. It is just part of the human condition now that taking care of children is a thing the community does together. You are more than a little surprised when you check again and find that there is still a slight population crisis, smart ambitious people are apparently better at controlling themselves than you thought. But even so it is more an economic thing than an actual catastrophe now and this should allow you to squeeze a little more fun out of it.
