A Huge Rose

You are standing there looking at a enormous rose bush dominated by a single oversized flower. There are numerous large leaves on the bush, at a guess you would have to think each of the leaves would be about half a meter in diameter. The central flower seems well over one meter in diameter and sits close to the ground.

Each of the leaves are jet black, just as black as the central flowers petals.

You can see the flower twitching a little, a particular trait that seems to be shared with just about everything else here.
