A High School

"You have got to be kidding me," Raven grumbled, looking down at the High School Beast Boy had brought them to.

"Are you absolutely positive this is where you saw the robot," Cyborg asked suspiciously, raising an eyebrow.

"It is, I swear!" The green Titan exclaimed, raising his hands defensively. "I saw it through one of the windows!"

"I'm just saying, if we break into a school we are gonna have more than just Slade to deal with!" Pulling up his arm, Cyborg began typing away. "Though maybe the runt's not all wrong. The school's camera network is down, so no eyes inside. Though, perhaps the place is just underfunded."

"Should we alert Robin and Starfire?" Raven asked.

"No, we should make sure it's not a false alarm first," Cyborg replied, transforming his arm into his signature sonic cannon.

"Yea, we wouldn't wanna interrupt Robin while he's balls deep!" Beast Boy joked, making himself crack up. His companions were not as amused, but nevertheless the three Titans descended down to the school's roof. Raven opened up a portal in one of the skylights, allowing them all to enter the school undetected.

"Keep your guard up!" Cyborg warned in a hushed voice, raising his cannon. "And above all else stick together!" His teammates nodded, standing behind him as they advanced through the hallway. With all the lights off, the place seemed like a ghost town. If there were any of Slade's robots here, they were being very quiet. Slowly, the Titans crept through the eerie high school, checking each classroom for enemies. Each time, the rooms were empty.

"I promise I saw one of them!" Beast Boy whispered, starting to doubt himself.

"I trust you, B," Cyborg reassured his friend, glancing into another classroom. "But I'm not seeing anything."

"Maybe they-" Raven started but was interrupted by a flash of light. The light seemed to be centered in the middle of them and grew to envelop the three Titans. When it subsided, the three of them were gone!
