A Hero and His Harem's Quest

You finally decide on a saucy idea: you find a D&D (or some other fantasy-TTRPG) Homebrew world that was made by a gay guy for a gaming/sex club he did with his kinky friends. The thought of guys playing your adventure and teasing each other at the table was very hot. You instantly began reading and learning this dude's worldbuilding.

In a universe where gods of life still sculpt grown men in their image before sending them off into the world, society is still tough on those with no means (which is how everyone is brought into life.) The best way to make it with no experience in the Lands of Wild Lust (other than prostitution which is 100 percent legal and is rarely abusive due to free use culture) is to delve deep into dungeons and take treasure from hoarding monsters. Of course though, most monsters keep that gold to trick dumb and weak folks into cursed traps. The only ways to quickly get strong enough to successfully plunder riches is to a) own an Experience Gem, or b) serve under an adventurer with one.

You get Experience Gems by finding one out in the world, getting or stealing one from someone, or being gifted one by your god during creation. They allow you to gain XP by merely surviving an encounter. With their gem, they can distribute XP to others that fight and travel with them, but only on their terms. The subordinate adventurer's can always put terms on their treatment, but most are free use and will agree to most sexual acts. Most who first begrudge but put up with what they're asked may start to enjoy the treatment and adapt it into their combat style.

Magic in this universe is largely channeled-tantric energy and empowered by expressing sexuality. It even flows through martial fighters who use sex combat in battle; most weapons are either blunted, or are shaped like (and double as) sextoys. More than half of all monsters are sentient beings who live off this energy in certain doses, so they can be overwhelmed and defeated with fucking. However, if a monster gains the advantage and dominates you, they will take you deep into their lair, mind control you to stay forever, and milk you for your latent magic (and possibly cum.) You can be saved, though you'll likely be altered physically and mentally for a long time.

While there are usually good gods of life and freedom and bad gods of **** and control, there are exceptions. But while the gods stay static in terms of moral alignment, there's no rule saying their divine forces like angels and demons have to be good or evil. Both wield cursing magic to continue a never-ending struggle between the law of life and the chaos of ****. A flock of angels could simply be helping you and your party out of their own kindness, or be seducing you all into giving your minds and bodies up to be sex slaves to them. Demons may simply oppose the corrupt laws of mortal societies and enforced behaviors, or are coaxing you to submit your will in exchange for a raw deal. Other beings such as monsters, fey, elementals, and eldritch lifeforms can more often land towards the middle of the spectrum.

There are many different fantasy races (like elves, dwarves, gnomes, orcs, goblins, etc.) and while they may have tensions due to cultural divides, working men like adventurers and whores often learn more about the world and get over their hang ups. Meanwhile, the rich socialites remain ignorant and try to sow division for profits. These rich folks are not immune to the desire to dungeon dive though, so they may get themselves caught if you let their party go ahead.

Everyone in a party has a class. Martial types like Fighters and Barbarians typically chose to either be tops or bottoms and focus on one-on-one sex battles. Magic users are focused on crowd control and keeping roles in battle in place. Attacking classes like Wizards and Warlocks focus on dominating those on the battlefield using range and areas of effect while defenders and healers like Clerics and Druids are submissive sluts who get up close and physical with both allies and enemies. Bards and Rogues are most often versatile in both battle and bed.

It's hard to get good equipment and magical goods at low XP in cities, but after a raid you can keep anything you find in a dungeon. But while an enchanted bangle or sword may greatly increase Strength, Speed, or Magic, it may also be cursed. Many of the curses on these objects often make them impossible to get rid of or make everyone around it ignorant of the effects. The curse may also start spreading to the rest of the party. There are also Transformation Traps, which are set up around treasure. If an adventurer get caught in one, they'll often turn and be brainwashed into a monster that'll either leave or guard the treasure. Some of these can get entire teams at once.

"Alright, I've made my decision," you tell the Goddess.

"That's wonderful. I shall now prepare to send you."

She then manifested a wooden door with and metal handle Behind it, you hear the sounds of a rowdy tavern (with occasional erotic moans.)

"I just want to thank you for giving me this chan-"

"You don't need to. I am not a god who rules and requires worship. I wish to serve humans because your acknowledgement is all I need to survive. Go on and live your best life."

With her reassurance, you walk through the door to a new world...

(This world has the worldbuilding I stated in the writing: No one is born, a god just creates them from scratch and drops them into a random place. Because of the sex combat, few people die young. When people die, they turn into statues.)
