A Group Session

"Just thinking about tonight's group therapy. I talked to you about it earlier remember?"

Shelia nodded "Lindsey and Eve will be joining us for tonight's session correct?"

"Actually I brought my ex Sarah to. They're all waiting with your receptionist." John added, after a moments pause.

Shelia smiled "Of course, I'll have Steven send them in now." She reached over and pressed the button on her phone. "Stacy, please send up the Doe group."

A moment later three women entered the therapists office. It was unconventional to change the format after so long but John Doe was clearly deteriorating and required drastic action. Hopefully tonight's session would help him to regain perspective.

Three girls walked through the door a moment later. The first two were pretty, a blonde and redhead, but the third was gorgeous. A dirty blone ponytail framed electric blue eyes and a cute face. Her scandalously tiny white halter top cut off above her midriff and her jeans barely reached below her ass. Together they left almost as much skin showing as if she had worn nothing but underwear.

Obviously this was the girl on the bus who had triggered John's delusions. It was a good thing she had agreed to be here for this intervention. Hopefully with the source of his delusions here John would be able to confront them in a controlled environment.

"Please have a seat all of you and we'll get started. I'm sure John explained the purpose of this session when he invited you here." A round of nods followed. "Now I believe that all of you are strangers to each other so we'll begin with a round of introductions and then I'll explain the process we'll be using tonight. My name is Doctor Shelia MacIntyre, I'm glad that all of you could make it today."

"Eve." The gorgeous girl said with a wink. "Don't worry, I know the effect I can have on people."

The redhead spoke next. "I'm Lindsey, when John explained it to me on the bus I just knew I would feel awful if I didn't help him out."

"And I'm Sarah. I've known John since we were kids and he's always tried to handle things alone. I know it's serious if he's brought me in."

"Thank you girls." Shelia said, "Now the treatment. As you're all aware, John has recently developed delusions of grandeur and fear of his own unfulfilled desires. I understand this is unconventional but in the face of his rapid deterioration we felt it was necessary. My hope is that by allowing him to interact with you three in a controlled environment like this he'll be able to understand his limits and come to terms with himself." Shelia glanced between the members of the group. Eve was still smiling, Amanda looked worried, and Lindsey shy. John just seemed to be amused.

"Now let's begin. John, please pick a member of tonight's group and describe your feelings and desires for them."
