A Gift

Hermione was naturally shocked to find a wrapped present on her bed, the distinctive red and gold coloring topped with a blue ribbon made it obvious that it was a gift from her best friends Ginny Weasley and Luna Lovegood.

Looking at the tag on the present Hermione naturally laughed at the comment- “To Hermione, Sorry my brother’s an arse. Hope this gives you better pleasure than my brother and Luna helped. – Ginny and Luna”

Curious Hermione knew her parents weren’t about to send her anything special this year while her Professors and the Weasley Clan naturally send her the same gifts every year. It was Harry and Ginny who tend to give her something special with Ginny usually finding Hermione just the gift she needs while Luna’s gifts tend to be quite strange.

Naturally the duo combining gifts was quite strange for Hermione but she would be remiss to admit she wasn’t the least bit curious about what the two bought her. So rather than merely waiting for Christmas morning the Brightest Witch decided to be a little naughty by unwrapping her gift and what she found inside was certainly shocking.
