A Friendly Face From Home
“Wait!”
Tim heard a voice from behind him call as he left the precinct. It was a feminine voice, somehow familiar, which was strange. As far as he knew it, he didn’t know anyone in Florida.
Turning, he focussed his eyes on the uniformed woman waving to him, coming down the steps. She looked so familiar, but he couldn’t quite place her. Where had he seen that face before?
“Hi?” Tim squeaked at the approaching woman.
“You’re um, actually I don’t know your name. I’m Raven. I pulled you over the other day…”
“Oh my God!” Tim giggled flirtatiously, touching the now recognized officer on the shoulder, giggling, “No wonder you look familiar! At first I thought it was just because you were so cute!”
Her eyes hit the floor, embarrassed by his comment. Maybe he was laying in the flirting a bit much, but as usual, once he started, it was difficult to turn off.
“I, uh, just wanted to say hello, and…”
“Oh sweetie,” Tim took a step toward the woman, “you don’t have to be shy with little ol’ me. I don’t bite, not unless you want me to.”
The woman’s eyes went wide.
“Now tell me, honey,” Tim reached out and rand the fingers of his right hand up her arm, “what brings you to Florida? It’s a bit of a way from home.”
“It’s for work,” the dark skinned beauty answered, “I’m doing some training here for professional development.”
“I could have sworn you were already well developed,” Tim winked at her while using his hands to grab his breasts.
“You know what I mean,” she smiled, “I’m cross-training, learning some new techniques.”
“Well maybe after you’re done today you and I could meet up to learn a few more techniques,” Tim said, having a difficult time restraining his flirtatious nature. Maybe it was because the police officer was drop-dead gorgeous, or perhaps due to the fact that he’d always had ‘a thing’ for women in uniform, but it felt amplified. He could usually pull it back if he could decide on something that he wanted. Wanted besides sex, that was, and by the was his penis was stirring in his panties, he wanted that in droves.
But other times, when Tim focused on a goal, something achievable, his other new personality trait, the driven one, would kick in. That moment, though, Tim was wholly focused on one thing.
Getting into Officer Raven’s pants.
Slinging his purse on the crook of his elbow, Tim pulled out a mirror to check the state of his makeup. When he had deemed himself presentable, he again looked at the beautiful Raven. She seemed to be embarrassed, searching for something to say.
“So what do you say, sweetheart?” Tim asked, “Are you free later? What time do you get off? What time would you like to?”
"I, uh, I mean..." Raven stammered, obviously flustered by how forward Tim was being, "I have my workshop, and the ride-along, and I was hoping to help the detective on the Delgado case after..."
"Delgado? Martina Delgado?" Tim's flirtatiousness evaporated at the sound of the name, "You're helping on that case?"
"Not really," Raven said, "I'm only here for training, but I saw they were behind on paperwork so I thought I'd volunteer for a bit, help them catch up."
"She didn't do it," Tim placed his hands on his hips and tapped a dainty foot, "Martina Delgado is innocent."
"She is?!" Raven's eyes went wide, "How do you know?"
"I just know," Tim said, "Trust me, you've never seen anyone as innocent as Martina Delgado."
Raven's eyes seemed to lose focus for a second as she took in the new information, then her eyebrows furrowed.
"I believe you," she said stoically, "This is serious. An innocent woman is in serious trouble. I need to..."
She trailed off, looking into the distance. Tim wondered if she had ever been put in a position like this before, discovering that a serious error had taken place, that an innocent was about to pay the price, and that she was the only one who knew.
"You need to help me," Tim said, crossing his arms under his breasts, "I have a plan. Give me your phone."
She pulled her cell phone from her pocket and unlocked it. Tim then texted his own number eliciting a beep from his purse.
"Now we have each other's numbers," he explained, "When you're off your shift, text me. I'll send you the address of my hotel. Do you have a car?"
"I have a rental."
"Excellent," he said, "pick me up at my hotel. We've got someone to meet, someone who can set everything straight and get Martina out of trouble. And once we're done," his painted lips curled into a smile, "maybe you and I can celebrate."
