A Fight

Having spent several hours cleaning away junk from the tower and its surrounds, Viermaes was quite looking forward to a rest, but she opened the door anyway.

The arrow missed her head by inches.

She could see an elf ranger, standing outside, nocking another arrow. She ducked back, and the elf fired again, the arrow going straight through where her head had been.

Viermaes thought for a moment, and then

(A1) charged headlong at the ranger.

(A2) tried to lure them in closer.

(A3) tried to sneak out and attack another way.

She aided her attack by

(B1) casting a spell of warding on herself.

(B2) casting a spell of harming on the ranger.

(B3) using her firebreath.
